SPACES IN THE TECHNICAL EXHIBITION
Introduction
The Technical Exhibition of the “3rd European Pavement and Asset Management Conference” will take place in the Civil Engineer Department at University of Coimbra.

Location of stands
The location of the stands will be in the fourth floor of the Civil Engineer building, above the main Auditorium. For the presentation of machines/equipments an outside zone is available near to the Auditorium.
The coffee breaks will be served at Technical Exhibition Zone.
Area of Stands
Each Stand will have 9 sq-m (3m x3m). The stand decoration work is responsibility of exhibitors. The letting cost includes:
- the stand structure, with configuration showed on the stands layout;
- pavement covered with grey carpet;
- fronton with exhibitor’s name;
- one plug and two lighting spots;
- internet connection.
The exhibitors could let outside spaces for equipments which are oversize.
Cost
- stand of 9 m2: 2 C.U. (*)
- outside space (only space and one plug): 0.06 C.U. (*) / m2.
The applications must be addressed to Organizing Committee until May 4, 2008.
The spaces allocation will have some rules related to the sponsorship ranking and to early registration.
If applications of participation will be made after May 4, 2008, the cost is increased 20%.
Payment conditions: 50% with reservation of space and 50% until June 25, 2008 by cheque or bank transfer for Conference account (to be indicated with contract settlement).
Spaces mounting (by exhibitors)
July 3 and 4, 2008 (9:00 a. m. to 7:00 p. m.)
Opening
9:30 a. m. to 6:00 p. m.
Spaces dismounting
July 9, 2008 (6:00 p. m. to 8:00 p. m.) and July 10 (9:30 a. m. to 7:00 p. m.)
Security
The organization will provide security during Conference non business hours and during the mounting and dismounting of stands.
During business hours, the security is responsibility of each exhibitor.
Cancellation Police
Cancellation in writing to the Organization until May 4, 2008 implies full refunding. After this deadline there will be no refunding.
