Registration Fees

¹ The EPAM3 Conference registration fee covers admission to all sessions, conference proceedings (book of abstracts and full papers in CD), daily lunches and coffee breaks and social events.

² Students are required to fax a student verification letter issued by University, together with the registration form. The letter should include: a) student's name; b) studies of wicth the student is registered; c) matriculation expiration date; d) University name. The Student registration fee covers admission to all sessions, conference proceedings (book of abstracts and full papers in CD), daily lunches and coffee breaks.

³ Accompanying persons fee covers the social events and the technical visit. All Sightseeing tours in Coimbra should be reserve together with registration application and are not include in the accompanying person fee.

PLEASE NOTE:
- The “Students registration fee” will increase to 150 euros after May 18th;
- The “Accompanying person registration fee” will increase to 250 euros after May 18th
